Hello, I am Heather Ostrander. I am currently a senior at Northwood University and studying Fashion Marketing and Management. I transferred to Northwood from Delta College where I earned my Associate’s Degree in Marketing. While there I was part of a team that focused on remarketing Delta’s Learning Community courses. We were able to present our ideas to the Vice President of Delta, and were then able to implement our ideas into a new website design and new flyers. Currently I am working at Younkers. I have been there for two years now and it has really taught me a lot about customer service and a lot about the retail industry. I know that the skills I have learned at school and through working will really help me work at your company.
