AirSentry FTIR Open Path Multi-Gas Analyzer
The Cerex AirSentry FTIR multi-gas analyzer is the recognized choice in open path FTIR and the most reliable
for monitoring industrial facilities, accidental releases, and hazardous waste site emissions. The system monitors
from 5 to 1,000 metres and eliminates the need for many single point gas specic sensors, lengthy calibration,
and laboratory analysis.
The AirSentry FTIR is the only commercial open-path FTIR evaluated in two USEPA site studies and proven
capable of detecting, identifying, and quantifying air toxins. It is efcient as an alarm and easily integrated into

Sentry MX and Sentry MD
The Sentry MX and Sentry MD are
monostatic, open-path air-monitoring
systems that use ultraviolet light
to analyze the air for hazardous
pollution and airborne toxins.
Easy to use and portable, the Sentry
MX can continuously monitor one-
way path lengths up to 1000 metres
(a 2000 metre optical path length).
The Sentry MD can continuously
monitor one-way path lengths up to
400 metres (an 800 metre optical
path length).
The monostatic design of the Sentry MX and Sentry MD
eliminates the need for power at both ends of the path. They
offer real-time detection of compounds from the parts-per-trillion
to percent concentration level.
UV Sentry BX and Sentry BD
The Cerex UV Sentry BX and BD are
two-part, open-path air-monitoring
systems that use ultraviolet light
to analyze the air for hazardous
pollution and airborne toxins.
Easy to use and portable, the
UV Sentry can continuously monitor path-lengths up to 1000
metres (BX) or 450 metres (BD). The UV Sentry offers real-time
detections of compounds ranging in concentrations from the
parts-per-billion to percent level.

A direct replacement for electrochemical, PID and NDIR senso
arrays, the Mini Sentry cannot be poisoned, is unaffected by

Sentry Series open-path monitors utilize an expansive library
of detectable gases for continuous monitoring, from hazardous
health sites to renery emissions. These analyzers feature

outputs include 4-20mA signals and SPDT relays for fast,

VRAE
VRAE is a hand held one-to-ve gas monitor with built-in
sampling pump and optional data logging.
Sensors include new RAE dual range 0-100% volume and
0-100% LEL, oxygen, and three or four smart, interchangeable
toxic sensors may be added.
The internal pump automatically shuts off
and an alarm is activated if the remote probe
tubing crimps or liquid is sucked onto the
eld-replaceable lter.

RENTAL AreaRAE
The AreaRAE is a one-to-ve sensor gas detector
equipped with a built-in, wireless RF (radio frequency)
modem that allows the unit to communicate and
transmit readings and other information on a real-time
basis with a remotely located base controller.
It is a multi-sensor instrument that
can include a Photoionization
detector (PID) for parts-per-million
measurement of volatile organic
compounds (VOCs), a gamma
radiation detector, an LEL, O2 sensor
,and up to two electrochemical toxic
gas sensors for measurement of
specic toxic substances such as CO
and H2S.
AreaRAE is approved for use in Class I Division 2 hazardous
environments. A personal computer with ProRAE Remote
is the base station for an AreaRAE system. The standard
ProRAE Remote software used to control AreaRAE systems is
capable of monitoring the input of up to 32 remotely located
monitors.

Chemcassette
The Chemcassette® detection system is the heart of an MDA
toxic gas monitoring system. Chemcassettes use a dry reagent
medium to collect and analyze air to detect gas leaks. When the
Chemcassette® is exposed to a target gas, it changes colour in
direct proportion to the concentration of gas present.
