Blank Phytosanitary certificates obtained from the Durban office have a stamp at the back. This reduces the risk of the Durban office signing Phyto certificates issued by DAFF or other PPECB regions.

GOING FORWARD IN 2019

Maximum of 10 documents per file. Clients to verify documents on Phytclean before

submitting. Templates to be emailed prior to folders been sent to

office. Clients should not duplicate emails as this results in

certificates been duplicated. Cancelled documents to be sent to the office within

24 hours.
