• Online sales will continue to rise • Don’t try to fight it, join the trend. • New technology will bring us closer to the consumer • That consumer will reward loyalty • That loyalty is tested amongst peers, whom she trusts
more then any other rating • There’s much more then online sales threatening the
traditional retailer – P2P trading in almost all sectors – 3D printing
