• Schools try to teach students as they taught 100 years ago. Students need an education connected with reality

• In the XVII and XIX century students were educated in order to get a job in the industrial economy.

• But nowadays, it is false that if you are a good student you will get a job.

OLD FASHION EDUCATION

• In the XVIII century first public schools were created.

• People belonging to upper class didn’t want that poor people had the opportunity of getting free education.

• Public Schools democratized Education.

• Children are living one of the most intense and stimulated periods of ever.

• Really difficult you can get their attention to a boring class.

• Due to this ADHD Diagnoses has increased in the latest years.

• They are medicated to calm them down.

ACTUALITY

• Creativity is the process of having ideas of value.

• Children in Kidergarten are more creative than they are at the end of Primary Education.

• Schools do not encourage children to take risks • Children need to know that mistakes are part of

the learning process.• We all have this capacity• We better learn in groups, stop individualising.

SCHOOLS KILL CREATIVITY

• Creativity is the process of having ideas of value.

– More participative and collaborative– Based on teamworking activities– Fostering creativity and critical thinking– Encouraging students to take risks. – Letting them know that mistakes are part of

the learning process

EDUCATIVE REVOLUTION!

• Stop educating children by batches.

• Avoid using standarised education.

• Taking into account different learning styles

• Fostering creativity

• Children should be awaken up in order to get as much as they have inside.
