Hank Zipzer - The World’s Greatest Underachiever Series
by Henry Winkler & Lin Oliver
A New York Times best-selling series about the everyday adventures of Hank, a smart, funny, resourceful, happy boy in the fourth grade who has learning difficulties. The books are inspired by Henry Winkler’s struggle throughout his education due to his own dyslexia.
About Henry Winkler
Henry Winkler was born in New York City. Henry’s role as “The Fonz” in the popular US sitcom ‘Happy Days’ made him one of the most recognized actors in the world, loved by all ages. He won two consecutive Golden Globe Awards for Best Actor in a Comedy Series and was honoured with a “star” on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Henry is also an ambassador of children’s newspaper First News My Way campaign which aims to promote greater understanding of children with learning difficulties. He was awarded an honorary OBE in 2011.
About Lin Oliver
Lin Oliver has spent much of her career writing and producing film, television and video projects for children and families. She is co-founder and executive director of the international Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrator. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and three children.
