Chicken burritos

What you need:

300 grams chicken breast strips

1-2 burrito bases

½ white onion

Jar of burrito sauce

Rocket or lettuce leaves

4 cherry tomatoes

Low fat cheese (optional)

1. Place chicken breast into non stick frying pan and cook

on medium-high until it is an off white colour but still

juicy

2. Dice the onion and cut the cherry tomatoes in half

3. One the chicken is cooked add a few strips to the burrito

4. Add lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, onion and burrito

sauce

5. Cover with cheese (optional)

6. Enjoy
