Chocolate Tuxedos are Making a Comeback
Tuxedos come in all different sizes shapes and colors.
The two colors worn most are of course black, and a charcoal colored
grey.
However, lately, chocolate tuxedos are starting to rise in the limelight.
There are many people purchasing chocolate colored tuxedos for a variety
of different events.
Upscale parties are one of the places that people will wear a chocolate
tuxedo.
If you think of the rooftop parties that go on in New York City, or all of the clubs that people go to in Vegas, the
usual attire is to dress nice but still be fashionable.
You can do just that with a chocolate tuxedo.
The tuxedo is dressy, suave, and endlessly fashionable; yet the
chocolate color actually gives it a hint of “casual wear.”
It lets the person wearing the suit appear more laid-back or go-with-the-
flow.
The reason for this is because black is typically the most formal color
someone could wear, so by switching it up and throwing on something
brown, yet high quality, then you will look extremely classy and stylish.
Another place that people will wear this new fashion trend is the place
where most tuxedos are worn: weddings.
Brides and grooms these days are doing all kinds of creative things when
it comes to dressing their bridal parties.
Wedding colors are making a splash and wedding themes are becoming
bigger.
If a bride wants an earthy theme, she may dress her bridesmaids in dresses
that are sunflower yellow.
This is an airy, light, fun color.
To compliment this, the bride and groom may dress the groomsmen in
chocolate tuxedos.
Because yellow tuxedos would be a bit too much yellow, the brown color will look very classic, and will compliment the yellow in the dresses to give the
whole wedding party that “earthy feel.”
The color of the tuxes will also be very masculine which one would want for
their groomsmen.
One place that is not suggested to wear a chocolate tuxedo is to a
funeral.
For something as serious as a funeral, sticking to the traditional attire would
be recommended.
Brown is still a “dark” color, which is typically what people wear to funerals, but by choosing to wear black, you will
never go wrong.
Black really symbolizes the grief that people are feeling and if you are to stray from this norm, people may
think that you are missing a sensitivity chip.
Therefore, when choosing your tuxedo for an event, you want to take into account what type of event it is.
If it is something that is highly traditional, it may be a bad idea to change up your tux color from the
regular black classic look.
However, if you are going to be going somewhere where fashion is
applauded, or where fashion is the focus of the evening, then wearing a
chocolate tuxedo would surely get you some praise.
The classic look mixed with the semi-casual color will be the hit of
the whole party!
