institute has grown on an annual basis to

The institute currently has 3,000 members and

The LPI Capability Map is an online self-assessment tool for the L&D sector. It should be used to assess, record and develop your capabilities against a variety of skill sets.
This tool has been created by leading figures within the learning sector and is designed to support people at all levels of their L&D career.
The capability map has taken over 12 months to develop and will continue to evolve alongside the learning sector and remain to support L&D individuals.
