Minimize rules to maximize productivity

NO vacation tracking

We also don’t track number of hours worked, as long as you deliver consistently amazing work

Encourage Learning & Growth

Employee can take up to 2 hours/day to learn from a colleague mentor

No formal career planning

High-performance individuals are generally self-improving, and will be given more responsibilities

as they grow

Recommended wired-in hours

During 9:30am to 11:30am and 2:00pm to 4:30pm, wearing headphones = no disturb

Performance Review

We have a monthly review to provide feedback.We will conduct a formal Performance Review every

half-year.
