The word commit have two meanings, and you should care about both.

responsibility: something that takes up time or energy, e.g. an obligation

loyalty: devotion or dedication, e.g. to a cause, person, or relationship

Strong commitments help ensure your work

aligns to your group and contributes towards the

company's success.

Specific, Measurable, Achievable,

Results-based, and Time-specific

Commitments need to be:

Improve sales force

excellence, and implement a process to improve our

forecast accuracy

No. There are two commitments in one. You can do one without the other.

No. Developers and RSP are two completely different things.
