> Open: Flower St (3rd to 5th St) and 4th St (Figueroa to Flower St) traffic lane reductions through January 20, 2017 only

> Starting at 7 pm, Friday through 5 a.m., Monday

> Activities include:

– Roadway removal

– Excavation

– Hanging of utilities

– Cap beam installation

Deck Installation Closure Dates

Modified weekend closure dates with one through lane open at Flower St:

> 7 pm on January 20 – 5 am on January 23

Full closure of Flower St resumes and continues every weekend through March:

> Mitigations – Open one Flower St lane (3rd to 5th St); 4th St

(Figueroa to Flower St) until January 20, 2017

– Activities such as saw cutting, grinding and roadway removal will be performed before 9 pm

– Sound barriers will be in place

– Lights will be directed toward the work zone

– Use of back-up alarms will be minimized

– Flaggers will assist motorists
