Micro810 Key Features
• High current relay outputs (8A) replaces the need for external relays to reduce cost and
panel space
– Can be used in places where more flexibility is required over a mechanical timer relay
• 4 channels of embedded analog (0-10V 10bit) for DC input models
– Applications include temperature control, compressor control
– Terminals shared with four of the 24VDC digital inputs (inputs 4-7)
• Optional LCD Display can be inserted into front of controller and removed under power
– Used to configure controller and to monitor I/O status
– Contains memory backup function
– Copy program to multiple machines. Makes “cloning” machines easy
– Load from memory backup to controller at power-up or at fault
– LCD instruction allows LCD Display and keypad to be used as simple text display
– Display and edit program variables
Micro810: Most Advanced Smart Relay Micro PLC and
Winner of the 2011 Control Design Readers’ Choice Award in the PLC Category
Micro810 Benefits
Just Configure, No Programming Required
• Micro810 has embedded smart relay function blocks configured from 1.5” LCD and
keypad
– No software or program download required
• Use in relay applications which require a small amount of logic (up to 4 function blocks)
– Applications include programmable timer, lighting control
• 8 Function blocks include Delay OFF/ON Timer, Time of Day, Time of Week, Time of
Year, CounterConfiguration by LCD
and Keypad
