**Invite administrative assistants, managers, staff, etc. tell them how best to use your department.
Showcase what your staff does. Praise your staff often and loudly.

Embrace Consolidated Services
• Become Educated In Your Field -Take classes, watch trends.
- Read trade publications. - Network with associates, vendors, and trade
organizations
• Doing more with less is always an opportunity .Doing more with less is always an opportunity .
• Be the “go to” person. - Maybe it’s time to update your list of services.
• Beware of trying to incorporate too much and not having enough “hands” to do the job or enough end users for the service. Maybe a one off needs to be just that.
