Containerized Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) Wastewater

Treatment Plant

This containerized integrated wastewatertreatment plant is a stand alone wastewatertreatment system that combines the biologicaltreatment of waste and UF membraneseparation of sludge. This wastewater treatmentsystem is compact due to the high MLSSwithout sludge sedimentation. The system canbe designed to meet sewerage dischargestandards.

Stand out Features: • Containerized and independent system with a relatively small footprint.• Ease of transportation• Fully weatherproof• Automatic operation, can be remotely controlled and monitored by mobile phone

network• Customized standalone process, suitable for a variety of water sources• Low capital cost, no supporting infrastructure necessary• Low energy consumption through single power source• Low maintenance cost• Equipped with state of the art Polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membranes which are

highly resistant to oxidation and easy to clean• High pollutant removal efficiency• Consistent effluent water quality produced • Effluent water can be reused as domestic or industrial grey water

Key Application Areas

• Remote sewage treatment (agriculture, mining, etc.)

• Industrial effluent treatment • Domestic and commercial wastewater

treatment• Production of grey water
