SOST and Wnt

SOST is a homolog of WISE, which binds to LRP-6. SOST binds to LRP-5 which is a co-

receptor in the Wnt-signalling pathway. Thus, SOST inhibits Wnt-signalling pathway,

similar to Dkk inhibition.
