PROJECT
17JOHNCOTEL will be the world’s first hotel with technology and connectivity at its core. !
It’s truly a concept of its time; a contemporary reflection of society and a direct response to its evolving behaviors and needs.
NEW YORK’S FINANCIAL DISTRICT is a symbol of rebir th and reinvention. !
This densely-packed enclave is no longer beholden to its eras-long reputation. Once a mere servant to the Masters of the Universe who occupied it by day and abandoned it by night, the area has emerged as a thriving epicenter of residence, business, culture, and recreation.
A FITTING MARRIAGE. A hotel that’s reinventing the hotel in a historic neighborhood that’s embracing dramatic change.
We’re presenting concepts for the PUBLIC SPACES and DIGITAL SERVICES.
EXPERIENCE
HOW DO WE reinvent the hotel experience through connectivity, community, and comfor t?
CONNECT WITH OUR HUMANITY We create an environment that’s inclusive, and an experience that’s harmonious and intuitive.
Welcome to 17JOHNCOTEL
