CITIZEN COMMENTS REGARDING ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA This is an opportunity for the public to address the Town Council on any subject.   In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Town Council may not discuss issues raised or make any decision at this time.  Issues raised may be referred to Town staff for research and possible future action.

V. WORK SESSIONA. Review and discuss the Department of Public Safety/Town Hall Remodel

Project and presentation of elevation and massing options.

B. Review and discuss possible modifications to the Town’s Zoning Ordinance regulations related to signage, parking, and several other issues.

VI. REPORTSA. Financial Report for the period ending January 31, 2011.

B. Property Tax Collection report for the period ending February 28, 2011.
