Course RegistrationYou must choose 35 credits, along with alternate
courses in the boxes provided. The computer will not accept your registration unless you have exactly 35 credits prior to alternates.
Please choose your alternatives carefully as you may be placed in one or both of these courses depending on course enrollments.
Grafton High requirements Make sure you are meeting graduation requirements: 20 English credits 9, 10, 11, 12 20 Math credits 15 Science credits, including Biology – 5 credits may be in
Technology 15 Social Studies credits: World Civ. II, American History I,
American History II Health 10 credits of Physical Education
College requirements Algebra II 2 years of lab science and possibly Chemistry depending on the major
(this varies from school to school) minimum 2 years of the same world language. Some colleges will
waive the foreign language requirement at the college level if you complete the fourth level of a language while in high school.
If you have not earned the equivalent of 87.5 credits by the end of the summer, you will not be considered a member of the senior class.
If you have not earned 57.5 credits, you will not be considered a member of the junior class.
If you have not earned 27.5 credits, by the end of the summer, you will not be considered a member of the sophomore class.
Teacher level recommendations/registration process
Pay close attention that you are choosing the right level that your teacher has recommended you for.
If you would like to move up a class level and you’re not recommended for that level you must schedule a meeting with the recommending teacher along with a parent or guardian.

Not all courses listed in the Program of Studies run every year. Only those courses listed on the course registration sheet are those available to you.
