Quick Review & Creating ClassroomsOctober 14, 2010

To create a new account, click on “New User” and enter 4B80-AD35

Enter your personal information under Passcode/Trial/New User.

*Use the email you want student work/reports sent to.

My Content=the videos, articles etc. you have savedMy Builder Tools=assignments you have createdMy Classrooms=your classesUpload Manager=tool that lets you upload documents from your computer

To create a class or to add students, click on “My

Classrooms.”

Click on “Start by Creating a Class”

Limit the roster by grade and/or search for a particular student.

To add students to your roster, click on the box.

If you have a new student, click on “Add Student”

As you add students, you will see their names appear on the right. Click

“Save/Continue.”

To add a new student, enter the required information & click “Save/Continue”.

Suggestion: create a simple username & password.

Username must be unique, but password can be duplicated.

Once you have created your class, you can make changes by clicking on “Edit Class.”

You can also create new classes for small groups or specialized instruction.

Assign videos, labs, readings etc. by opening the content you want to assign, select the

class, set the dates and click “Assign.”

Select content first from “My Content”

Once you have selected the class, you also have the option of assigning the video,

reading etc. to specific students.
