A lingering front will reach Hebrides tonight and cross Orkney on Sunday while dissipating. Force 5-6 South-pattern will prevail. Another deeplow on the Atlantic south of Iceland will push its frontal system across Orkney on Monday with some rain. Tuesday will see an unsettled W-pattern with several showers. High pressure will calm down conditions from Wednesday. But Thursday again strong force 6-7 SE-lies mightoccur. Local conditions next 72 hrs: Wind: S-ly, strong breeze. Sea temperature: 6-7C.
