*The first screen…

*Click “Enter as Guest” button

*Type your first & last name

*Audio Setup Wizard

Audio enabled

*Click “Next” to proceed

* Test the sound…click “Play Sound” button

*Select your microphone

*Press “Allow” button

*Click Record and then play back your

recording

*Test silence.. Press Next

*Finished with audio setup

*Notice the white mic…

*The mic should be green

* Sound waves from mic when speaking

*A muted mic…

*Raise your hand…

*Send a message through chat

*Private chatting…

*Download files to your PC

* Click on file name and Save to My Computer

*Exit the meeting…
