Social project to develop in AIESEC Cuernavaca (Mexico) with the counseling of “Impulsa Morelos” a NGO based on leadership, education and entrepre-neurship vowels.

The project have 2 drivers: Entrepreneurship and Social Responsibility will be developed with three main events:

Universities Contest: 10 trainees will be the coaches of 10 different university students teams of Cuer-navaca, where they have to develop and improve social projects.

Objetive: To promote the Entrepreneurship in youth people through a global vision based in the develop-ment of a project of innovaition

Car Agencies Contest: Each team will be sponsored by a Car agency. The teams along with their coaches will realize a social project to benefit a local organization.

Also the team along with their coaches will create a publicity campaing of the social responsibility of the brand of the car agency.

Municipal Social ProjectThe teams along with the coaches and the car agencies will develop a project to propose a solu-tion of one of the issues of each municilpality of the state of Morelos.

Closure of the Project:The projects will be presented in an event where a presidium will decide which is the best project. While there will be a Global Village where the train-ees will share the most typical thing about their culture

Our project aims to develop the leadership potential of all our trainees through the international plataform by learning and de-veloping your creativity and entrepreneur-ship in different situations.

For this reason we look for trainees with this kind of profile PREFERENCES:

• Trainees with the capacity to innovate, to work in teams and underpressure • Trainees with experiences of an active partici-pation in any social proyect.• Trainees with commitment and responsibility.• Trainees with a good level of Spanish and good level of English• Trainees with initiative and proactive.
