We are facing new members of new generation so call “virtual baby boom generation or cyber generation” . They are very different in terms of their experiences with mobile technologies. When they arrive in the workplace, their needs are also different from those of the baby boomers (analog generation) they replace. So we need a cyber law for them.

Most people, at least in developed countries, have access to mobile devices for business transaction. It turns out that in the new nomadism, it is hard to tell the workers from the learners.
