Drug Abuse Screening Test, DAST-10

Thefollowingquestionsconcerninformationaboutyourpossibleinvolvementwithdrugsnotincludingalcoholicbeveragesduringthepast12months.

"Drugabuse"refersto(1)theuseofprescribedoroverthecounterdrugsinexcessofthedirections,and(2)anynonmedicaluseofdrugs.

Thevariousclassesofdrugsmayincludecannabis(marijuana,hashish),solvents(e.g.,paintthinner),tranquilizers(e.g.,Valium),barbiturates,cocaine,stimulants(e.g.,speed),hallucinogens(e.g.,LSD)ornarcotics(e.g.,heroin).Rememberthatthequestionsdonotincludealcoholicbeverages.
