Message from our Distinguished Guest
Passing out of College is an important milestone
in a person’s life. Till today you were a student
of this great Institution. From tomorrow you become
its Alumini. The world has changed enormously since
the time I passed out of College. Microsoft, Google
and Apple have brought in a Technological revolution,
which could not have been imagined 25 years ago. I will
repeat what Steve Jobs said to students of Stanfort
University in his Graduation Address. “Your time is
limited. So don’t waste it living someone else’s life.
Have the courage to follow your heart and institution.
They somehow already know what you truly want to
become”.

Message from our Distinguished Guest
The day you receive your degree is a milestone
day in your life. The day when you realize that
your efforts for the past years have now culminated
into what you now hold in your hands, the certificate
that is the foundation you need. Your perseverance,
hard work, focus, determination and resilience have
now paid off. Your teachers, staff and everyone at the
university watch you receive your degree and feel a
sense of pride, for your achievement.
That, in a way, is what education is about. When you graduate, remember that what you learnt is for you to share and not to keep.
As you step into the world into the most uncertain, thrilling and exciting period of your lives, remember to write and create your own stories. As you step down after receiving your degree, you step into a life, a life where there is no straight path to where you are going, a path that you need to create by following your heart and intuition. The education you have received will guide you, and your teachers will be there for you, as you remember the words of wisdom you learnt.
While I congratulate you for your milestone, I also congratulate the university, the staff, and especially your teachers, who have spent their time and effort in guiding, moulding and tirelessly engaging with you to help you make it to the finish line, and now, it is up to you to start a new race, a race that only you can define, run and win, in your own unique way.
Celebrate your success, enjoy the moment, and wake up tomorrow to a big and spectacular world, that is your own.
Congratulations!

Vote of Thanks
First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Chairman, Trustees and CEO of
Thakur Educational Group for their constant encouragement and continued valuable support in organizing
the Third Degree Certificate Distribution Ceremony for the A.Y. 2015-16 graduates at our campus.
I thank the University of Mumbai for providing the opportunity to organize such an event.
I take this opportunity to thank all the distinguished guests who have taken time out of their busy schedule
and guiding the graduating students with inspiring words.
Organizing any event is a Herculean task which cannot be accomplished without the support of a strong and
motivated team of dedicated staff. I feel a deep sense of honor and privilege to express my gratitude to the
teaching, non-teaching and the support staff for their involvement and willingness to take on completion of
tasks beyond their comfort zones.
I am thankful to all the students and parents who have attended this ceremony and made it a grand success.
Lastly, I am indebted to those who directly or indirectly encouraged and supported us to make our second
Degree Certificate Distribution Ceremony a memorable one.
Dr. B. K. Mishra
