Patient came with the complaint that her dental bridge in the upper front tooth region had loosened gradually . Patient wants permanent fixed solution for the same .

All the grossly decayed teeth in the front teeth region were removed . Single piece immediate loading BCS implants were placed within 10-15 minutes
Provisional acrylic bridge was placed the next day after implant procedure
