Scope:• Total ca 45.000 m2
- Psychiatric building - 12.000 m2 – Finished in 2019- Somatic building - 33.000 m2 – Finished in 2021
• Ca 2,7 Billion NOK (01.2016 value)• Project period : 2015 - 2021
Project goals:- Zero injuries – no workplace crime - 10% lower cost than comparable projects- Built 50 % faster than comparable traditional projects (above ground)- Use of openBIM (6D +)- Zero building defects- Industrialized building process

I samarbeid med NGU og VianovaSystems (nå Trimble), gjennomførte vi seismiske undersøkelser i 2016 som har resultert i en IFC modell av berggrunn. Verifisert med test-boringer.

• Down to seven minutes from new design to automatically updated file in Jotne

• Drawback: When the VDI is down - it affects all designers.

• This has been challenging to implement, and it hasn’t been done in the intended way.

Our ambitions have been high, and we have to admit that we are not able to meet all ambitions, some which are more difficult to the end-users – like studs and cables will not be modelled.
BIM used on building site – some examples
Rebar-model available on building site (360 Field). No rebar drawings.
Holes in slab and walls are modelled in a separate «cut out»-model, and measured by a surveyor to get exact placement of holes.
