Birdie buildings have 3 floors. Each floor has 3 units on the left and3 units on the right. These are divided by the breezeway. The unitlayout for each floor is depicted above. Lockout doors between astudio unit and the adjacent 1BR units permit a 2BR or 3BRconfiguration.

Large shower. Space also contains a pedestal sink and toilet.

Breezeway

A perk for occupants of a 3rd floor unit is the use of the roof top amenities. This is comprised of two gas grills, two hot tubs and the roof top patio.

Golf VillasThe floor plan and unit layouts are the same on each of the 3 floors. The individual Maintenance/Operating fees for a Studio or 1BR are the same regardless of floor location. Combining units into a 2BR or 3BR contract does, of course, incur a higher operating fee. These are the same regardless of the floor.
