Go from this:

to this!

So what, exactly, is passion?

"[a] strong inclination toward an activity that people like, that they find important, and in which they invest time and energy." Vallerand and Houlfort (2003)

"valuation of the activity"and

"internalization of the representation of the activity in one's core aspect of the self, namely

one's identity."

How do I get it?

Vallerand and Houlfort (2003)

You have to like what you doand

You have to want to do it for you

"Enhancing internal service quality raises employee satisfaction, which fuels employee loyalty and productivity, which boost external service value - which then increases customer satisfaction and loyalty"

Service-Profit Chain

Heskett et al (2008)

Why?● improved performance● improved organizational culture● improved mood and mental health● less turnover● improved overall customer service

Here's Johnny! Looking for Staff Involvement!

Passive Programming"Passive programming engages...without

requiring much from staff in terms of supervision. It can be applied by those of all experience and comfort levels, making it an

ideal solution for those who aren’t necessarily ...experts or when staff is simply spread too

thin. It’s non-threatening, as well as flexible for implementation and participation."
