PREFACE
This school year, Title Y of the Elementary and Secondary
Education Act is providing $58 million in instructional and
supplementary services for some 235,000 migrant children across
the Nation.
Thia booklet lists consultants who are knowledgeable in
the field of migrant education and available to help State and
local education agencies to plan, develop, and implement new
approaches to strengthen and improve the quality and effectiveness
of migrant education programs. Each consultant has been recommended
by a State education agency. Consultants who reside in States
other than the recommending States are listed on the national roster.

INSTRUCTIONS
How to Obtain Services of Consultants:
State Consultants: Contact the Title I Migrant Coordinator
of the State in which the consultant resides. He will
provide information about the experience of the consultant,
his availability, and fees.
National Consultants: You may contact national consultants
directly. The Title I Migrant Coordinator of the State
in which the consultant resides should be informed when
the consultant is employed.
Procedure for Updatin& Consultant Lists:
An updated list will be published whenever a substantial
number of additions or deletions are subrAtted by State
Title I Migrant Coordinators.
