• Intermediate Procurements – At least 3 quotes received must be from a MBE, WBE, or ESB certified firm

• Effective January 1, 2016, Service Disabled Veteran (SDV) certification recognized and included in all program areas

• Formal Procurements – Mandatory inclusion of social equity criteria in every solicitation (Scoring, Good Faith Requirements, etc)
