van zijn/haar telefoonnummer(s) voor redenen van direct marketing
Geen betrekking op neutrale enquêtes en informatieve calls
(bv. levering van een bestelling, technische assistentie)
Verzet is gratis en kan via telefoon, brief, e-mail en website
Van toepassing op zowel klanten als prospecten
Van toepassing op bedrijven én consumenten
