Once the E-Z BeadTMissettouchingtheopening'sframing,fastenthebeadtothewallasoutlinedinASTMC-1063,withthemetallathinstalledontopofthenailingflange(nobuildingpaperinbetween).Uponcompletionofthescratch,brownandfinishcoatsofstuccoorthinveneerstoneinstallation,thejointshouldbewipedcleanandcaulkshouldbeapplied as per sealant manufacturers specifications.

Tested and ApprovedE-Z BeadTMPlasterStophasbeentestedbythesealantmanufacturerslistedbelowandapprovedforusewithsomeoftheirmostpopular construction caulks. Other sealants may be compatible as well; contact the sealant manufacturer of choice.
