Is a computer/web-based solution to capture, process, store and generate reports on essential drugs and inventories from pharmaceutical companies.

• Last transaction of the month per SKU (stock keeping unit)

• For Drug Retailers (Government/Private Hospital Pharmacies and Drug Stores with four (4) branches)

o start of uploading in October 2011

• For Other Drug Establishments

All pharmaceutical suppliers who are interested to par-

ticipate in government biddings for drugs and

medicines are mandated to upload their data to the

EDPMS on the regular basis

• 3 consecutive months to be able to participate

The DOH Shall impose the following sanction and penalties:

For erroneous submission or failure to submit the required data without justifiable reason.

1st Violation Written Warning

2nd Violation Admin. fine 10,000 - 50,000 Recall of the offending product, if applicable

3rd Violation Admin. fine 60,000 - 150,000 Recall of the offending product, if applicable Suspension of the CPR

4th Violation Admin. fine 200,000 - 500,000 Pesos Recall of the offending product, if applicable Revocation of the CPR Suspension of the LTO And license to Import and Distribution

5th and Succeeding Repeated Violation

Admin. fine 1,000,000 Recall of the offending product, if applicable Revocation of the CPR, LTO and license to Import and Distribution of the company Blacklisting in Government Procurement policy Board (GPPB) and the

Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)

An additional penalty of two thousand five Hundred (2,500) Pesos per day, shall be made for every day violation continues after having received the order from the DOH

1. Login into EDPMS Website: http://uhmis4.doh.gov.ph/edpms

2. Click on the Download Stand-Alone Version link located upper-right side of the screen.

3. A pop-up window will appear. Click on Download Stand-Alone Version Installer and Download Configuration File to start downloading the files. Click Close to close the pop-up window

4. 1 For Google Chrome users, a notification on the lower left corner of the browser will appear, an indication that you file has started downloading.Please wait until the download finish.

4.2 For Mozilla FireFox users,after clicking on Download Stand-Alone Version Installer and Download Configuration File, the download window will appearChoose Save File, then click OK. Please wait until the download finish.

5. By default, all downloaded files are saved in the Downloads folder in your computer. Locate the EDPMS_Installer.zip and local_config.cfg .Copy (or move) the files to your Desktop.

6. After downloading the files, click on Logout.Close your Web Browser.

EDPMS Stand Alone (Offline) Installation

1. After successfully downloading the installer and configuration file on your Desktop, double-click EDPMS_Installer.zip to open the file.

2. Extract and save the EDPMS_Installer.exe in your desktop.

3. Double click on EDPMS_Installer.exe to start the installation.

4. By default, the Destination folder c:\xampp\ is selected, click Install button to proceed.

5. Wait until the installation is finished. (Note: In case the windows system/firewall/anti-virus prompts if the system will be allowed to be installed, click on the allow button)

6. Press any key to close all the windows to continue and complete the installation.

NOTEBefore using the EDPMS Stand-alone Version,

please make sure that the computer system date and time is set to the current date to ensure correct data entry of transactions.

1. On your Desktop, double-click the EDPMS Icon to run the Stand-Alone system.

2. Click Choose File button to select Configuration File.

3. Locate and search the local_config.cfg file from your Desktop then click Open button.

4. After selecting the local_config.cfg file from your Desktop, click on the Done button.

5. The EDPMS Stand-Alone version Login window will appear.

1. Open your Web Browser (Make sure you are connected to the internet).

Login to the EDPMS Website http://uhmis4.doh.gov.ph/edpms

2. Click the link With Systems then select Upload Prices

3. Browse and select generated Upload File you want to upload.

4. The selected Upload File will be displayed in the screen.

Uploading of your price reports is already done and successful.

You may view and check your uploaded data

After uploading the file, click Logout in the EDPMS Website and then close your Web Browser.
