Knowing the exactly definition of each food and the corresponding food group to the students and their families have a good diary nutrition because of it help them grow healthy also it permit them to asimilate knowledge better.

•Talking about their diary food diet

This proyect is done that´s why. It is neccesary to teach students about a good nutrition, such as: How to combinate the food to grow healthy; Strong to work and have a goog academia fulfillment
