•An informal assessment is integrated into the day through play activities

•This assessment, along with observations over the first few weeks of school will allow the staff to plan your child’s instruction.

Staggered entry...What is it? Why do it?

Staggered entry... How does it work?•How will you know your staggered entry day?

•What will the day be like?

•Helpful Hint: Attach an index card to your child’s bookbag with lunch and transportation information for staggered entry day
