•OSEP Continuous Improvement Visit conducted in 2011

•Developed a plan for re-engaging youth with disabilities who dropped out of school

History•The three-year plan included selecting

pilot sites to research and develop programs to support youth with disabilities who have become disengaged in school▫Dropout prevention▫Dropout recovery

History•In 2012 the state disseminated an RFP in

effort to select the pilot sites•The state used components highlighted in

the “Reentry Three Part Series”
