Since Dickensian times, the English Christmas Pudding has been part of a traditional celebration. Families would gather in the kitchen and each would take a turn to mix the ingredients, make wishes and add special items, such as a sixpence, which would bring good fortune to whoever was lucky enough to find it.

Usually the puddings are served with either a custard or Brandy Butter, which we also offer for sale.

Brandy may be poured over the pudding and set alight, for a truly spectacular dessert!

Available in 1/4, 1/2, and 1 pound sizes.
