What is the process of changing the supplier of natural gas to

You will do it safely and free of no charge

You only have to provide us with a power of attorney to terminate the existing contract

and sign a contract with us – we will see to all formalities for you

The change procedure takes 21 calender days – in that time we terminate your contract with

the previous supplier, the new supplier is notified to OSD and the change is verified by

OSD; the meter will be read out and the final settlement will be made with the previous

supplier

We assure you that there will be interruptions to gas supplies over that time

You many change the supplier as often as you wish
