The Excellence Bureau's principal aim is to promote
and recognize role models in the service and
hospitality industry for their outstanding performance,
their commitment to service quality and their contribution
to the growth and development of their industry and
their community.
EB’s purpose is based on the rising demand for better
service reflected across all industries. It is a clamor to
return to the roots of skill, integrity, hospitality, courtesy,
and community responsibility.
We pride ourselves in being the only privately owned social entrepreneurial international award and recognition program that delivers an authentic and customer focused model of Excellence.
We are a team of professionals, with a passion for common courtesy and excellent
business practices. Together we have built a network across the globe in search of
those individuals, corporations, and public sector service providers that deliver
good-old-fashion customer satisfaction and hospitality.
Our group of affiliates and examiners is armed with a over 200 years of experience
in hospitality management, business acumen, industrial psychology, and consumer
behavior science to mention a few. Our alliance of professionals aims to
demonstrate that a service culture that takes care of the external and internal
customers leads to increased revenue – the principal purpose of business.
From the first audit that recognizes role models honoring a commitment to service excellence to the feedback that ensures a continuous improvement culture, our team provides the tools necessary for benchmarking brand performance against the external criteria.
The Excellence Bureau is represented in 38 states of the U.S, 12 South American, Central American and Caribbean countries, London, Australia, Netherlands, Germany and Spain, and growing. This network of professionals, volunteers, examiners and correspondents report on monthly basis their recommendations, and submit their nominations to the EB.
A nomination does not guarantee an award, but after a rigorous assessment by our nominations committee about critical aspects in managing customer care practices, nominees are invited to join our network to start preparing to receive awards.
For affiliates, contributors and sponsors participation in the Excellence Bureau’s programs represent:

Management are some of the areas EB is currently seeking experts on.)
Sponsors: Individuals and Organizations that do not seek to
affiliate for award purposes and/or cannot contribute with
hands on, but still wish to participate for the benefit of their
community can do so with financial contributions and/or public
recognition of the EB’s program.
Recruitment is an on-going endeavor at the Excellence Bureau. We search daily for candidates for award as well as participants to contribute with expertise and promotion. All participants’ applications are measured against rigorous standards of performance. Applications and requirements are measured with the same Foundations of Performance guidelines for all participants -award seeking affiliates and contributors- to ensure the quality of our participant's base—our most valuable asset.
After all requirements are met, participants and contributors pledge to Excellence and are placed in the areas in which they are more likely to excel. Contributors perform on volunteer basis, by contracted services or referred candidates for examination under their own name and corporation (benefit of our network base.)
