DESCRIPTION

The idea of learning and fast responding organizations on the basis of agile and lean practices is becoming more and more popular and is highly adopted within our industry. Nonetheless in the actual product development the success of released features is often not evaluated or at least we don't know if the built solution is the best we could provide for our users. Additionally before building a product it is often very hard to predict if it will be successful. At mobile.de we started to apply an experiment driven product development approach to tackle exactly these problems. Within this talk we want to share our approach and first learnings with you. This is a presentation I gave at the eBay Tech Talk. More details can be found here: http://www.meetup.com/eBay-Europe-Technology/events/146829172/
