Your FeedbackLIVE Survey Once they have accessed the system, your customer fills out your custom designed survey. Text areas and bu:ons are large and easy to select. There are 5 different ques>on types available: • Number Scoring • Text Field • Drop Down Menu • Check Box • Comments Field
Customer name and email are collected (op>onal or mandatory) at the bo:om of the survey.
Your Client Dashboard Completed surveys appear immediately on the client dashboard where a number of key reports are available with a single click. Client users who have their email entered into the system receive an instant no>fica>on with both the score and customers comments, giving the ability to react instantly. Further reports are available in the repor>ng sec>on.
