Enhance Health Work in Rural SettingsRoleCHWs working in remote rural communities are tasked with checking patient vitals, giving out limited quantities of medication, and recording health information

Challenges● Limited time and energy

○ ~10 households, 50+ patients ○ 3 minute visits per patient, 2.5 hour visits for pregnant mothers ○ 2 hour electronic data entry post-field visits

CHW-Doctor CommunicationRoleCurrently CHWs only interact with doctors directly in at the clinics on behalf of their patients.
