Business Process Applications drive customer´s business, e.g. SAP, with Enterprise Content Management, e.g. Microsoft SharePoint employees collaborate asynchronously. On Social Software coworkers exchange in a more informal manner. To increase efficiency the key ask of the market is to reach the fusion of Business Applications and synchronous Collaboration . This to increase efficiency and productivity within each organization. In this session you will get to know how this will be done by Cisco Collaboration, integrated with a unique, seamless user experience. Examples during the presentation: SAP, IBM Connections, MS Sharepoint. You will experience both use Cases and the architecture behind the concept. You will get to know how you can integrate on a standard interfaces and/or APIs on both sides, the Cisco Collaboration and the business application one. We will explain how you will be enabled to implement with ease, based on standard routines. This presentation was made in the DevNet Zone at Cisco Live, San Francisco, 2014.
