Found in South East Asia's Mekong River, it is one of the largest freshwater fishes in the world, with reports of individuals weighing 1,100 to 1,300 lbs! The stingray eats fish and other invertebrates by using their ability to sense electric fields in the water. Numbers of this enormous fish are dwindling due to over fishing and loss of habitat.
