Stericycle Communication Solutions’ Directors’ Choice Mobile
app has been enhanced to better serve your funeral directors.
Our app enables you to easily monitor and assess the day-to-day
performance of your funeral home, while providing a reliable way
to conduct business anywhere, anytime.
Will I have access to the same features from the previous version of the DC to Go app?
Your funeral home directors will continue to enjoy all the features
from the previous version of DC on the GO, including:
Messages
Saved Messages
Calls
On-Call
Services
Contact Us

What’s new in DC to Go 2.0?
In addition to the features you know and love, DC to Go 2.0
includes some exciting new features that allow you to better
manage your funeral home. These features include:
Chat
View and join all active chats that are taking place as well as view
previous chat logs.
Displaying Account Names
View all accounts including account name and details. Switch
between different accounts/funeral home locations.
Push Notifications
Receive push notifications for new messages and new chats for your
funeral home. You also have the choice to turn the notifications off
and on as needed.
How do I download and set up DC to Go 2.0?
Please follow the following steps to ensure a successful set up of
the new app:
Uninstall the current DC to Go app
The new DC to Go 2.0 app is available in the App Store and Google Play
Depending on your device, navigate to Google Play or App Store
Search for “DC to Go 2.0”
Download the new app
Call the Directors’ Choice team at 1.844.388.7140 to receive your new username and password
DC to Go 2.0 includes
some exciting new

How do I change my password for DC to Go 2.0?
You are able to change your password by contacting the Directors’
Choice team at 1.844.388.7140.
What are the features of DC to Go 2.0?
Messages
The Messages section allows you to view a list of all messages your
funeral home has received including date, time, and other important
message information.
Messages Search
You can also filter through all messages by date including today,
yesterday, or by a specific date.

Messages Details
The Message Details section allows you to review specific
message details including the reason for call, caller’s name,
and other important information.
From the Messages section, you can perform a number of
tasks including:
Add contact information from the message to my contacts
Call the phone number received in the message
Send feedback about the message you received
Forward an email version of the message
Save, unsave, or print the message
Saved Messages
The Saved Messages section allows you to view all saved
messages and their specific call details. You have the ability
to filter through saved messages by date including today,
yesterday, or by a specific date.

Calls
The Calls section allows you to view a list of all calls that have
been recorded by the answering service, including their date
and time.
Call Details
The Call Details sections gives you the ability to view specific
call details and listen to all call recordings. The Call Details
section provides several functions including:
Pause, restart, fast forward, or rewind the call
Add the call number into your contacts
Call the contact back
Delete the call
Send feedback email to Stericycle
Filter through all calls today, yesterday, or through a specific date

On-Call
The On-Call section allows the
user to view all on-call schedules
including a list of specific employees
or funeral directors who are on-call
on a specified date.
On-Call Details
In the On-Call section, the user can view
and update on-call details directly from
the app. The user can also add a new on-
call schedule and view the current set of
on-call procedures and dispatch lists.
Services
The Services section provides a list of all upcoming and pending
services including date, time, and other information.

Services Details
The Services Details section allows the user to view a list of scheduled services
and specific service details. The user can add, update, or make changes for a
specific service, including:
Name of deceased
Status of service
Date, time, and location of service
Visitation information
Disposition
Extra service information including: flowers, donations, limo, and hearse

Chat
The Chat section allows the user to view or join
ongoing chat conversations. Users can also receive a
notification that a new chat is taking place and view
previous chat conversations and logs.
Push Notifications
Push Notifications allows users to receive an alert that a new call or message has taken
place. Notifications or alerts can be set to trigger a push notification for any type of
message or call that the user deems important, including pre-arrangements or first calls
that are in progress.

Profile
Directly from the Home Section, users can view all profile information
including Account Name and Details. This section allows the user to switch
between different accounts or multiple funeral home locations
Contact Us
The Contact Us feature can be reached directly from the Home
section. Users are able to contact a Stericycle agent via phone
call, email or live chat.
