The Fusion range of electric boilers are widely
acknowledged as being the most complete
boilers on the market today. They offer the

a mains gas supply or homes which have gas

used in rural areas as replacements for oil and
LPG boiler systems.

properties. Because the Fusion Boiler is so reliable and
affordable, the range is specified by numerous Social

storage heaters and other outdated forms of central
heating.
The Fusion range has been developed over the years to
offer a ‘Plug and Play’ solution to meet the demands of
professional installers and the various problems presented
by the different property types in the UK. Originally a
single Fusion Standard Boiler, the range has grown to meet
the increasing demands of Building Regulations and the
need for renewable products within the UK.

endeavoured to improve this award winning Product.
The Comet Electric Boiler is the outcome of many hours
of product development which has taken Electric Boiler
Technology to a new level. This outstanding Boiler has all
the hallmarks of the traditional Fusion range however
with its improved appearance and size coupled with state
of the art components it is without question the best
value Electric Boiler on the market today.
Apart from its modern sleek design the key
developments within the unit include an
Automatic Bypass, Digital Pressure Sensor,
Integral Magnetic Filter and Stainless Steel Heat
Exchanger. The Comet range includes 6, 9, 12 and
14.4kW models in single phase and a 24kW
3- Phase model.
All boilers within the range are suitable for
Wet Systems including Underfloor Heating.

Unlike most electric boilers, all EHC boilers are
designed to eliminate unnecessary external plumbing
and pipe work.
The Comet boiler has been engineered to include the
pump, auto-air vent, automatic bypass and expansion
vessel within the compact casing. A magnetic filter is also
pre-plumbed within the unit for added protection which
will enhance the life of the boiler.
With the sleek design and integral pipework the boiler
can be discreetly located in either a cupboard or wall
mounted e.g. in the kitchen area.
To ensure maximum efficiency, all Comet boilers
incorporate six stage heating using a single stainless
steel heat exchanger. With this unique facility the boiler
will modulate so that both electricity consumption and
running costs are controlled through all heating cycles.
The easy-to-use control panel allows both the installer and
home owner to identify the operating temperatures on
the flow and return, system flow rate and kW output of
the boiler at any given time. The digital pressure sensor
within the unit allows you to take an accurate reading of
the system pressure at all times.
The control panel also enables the installer to utilise the
inbuilt self diagnostic feature during installation or routine
maintenance.
The operating temperature of the boiler can be adjusted
using the control panel and range from 20 degrees through
to a maximum 85 degrees.
Our single phase boiler outputs are 6kW, 9kW and
I2kW. The I4.4kW is available for properties that require
a higher output.
For multiple boiler installations it is also possible to
install the boiler in series to suit non domestic situations.
In light commercial properties with a 3-Phase electricity
supply, we supply a 24kW output boiler within the
Comet range.
Due to the proven reliability of our products we have no
hesitation in offering a 2 year warranty for both Parts
and Labour.

The EHC Mercury radiator range is a unique
concept in wet system radiators. An aluminium outer
case conceals an internal copper pipe heat exchanger
which transfers heat to the radiator culminating in a
high performance and energy saving heater.
Aluminium conducts heat 4 times quicker than steel
which enable our radiators to reach temperature much
faster than steel radiators. Additionally the design of the
product ensures that the surface area does not get
burning hot to touch.
With the benefits of both Convection and Radiant heat
you will enjoy added comfort throughout the home. This
contemporary designed radiator is suitable for use with
all types of boilers: gas, electric, oil, solid fuel and LPG.
Many of the new generation heating solutions such as
Air & Ground Heatpumps generate lower system
temperatures and as such require larger radiators to
provide the same room temperature as traditional heat
sources such as Gas and Electric Boilers. The internal
design of the Mercury Radiators makes them the perfect
solution when installed with Heatpump systems.
Mercury radiators are constructed to provide all
the benefits offered by Low Water content
appliances as less water within the system adds up
to reduced running costs.
These energy efficient radiators use a fifth of the
water used by a standard steel panel radiator of
the same size. This results in annual energy savings
of up to 15%.
Due to the ultra lightweight design of the radiators, all of
the range are easily positioned as the lightest radiator is
3.9kgs with the heaviest being 13.4kgs.
The design of the radiator ensures that there is no
likelihood of internal corrosion of the radiators.
Available in Brilliant White, we offer a range of sizes and
with a choice of either standard height or low profile, a
radiator size for almost every application is available.
The Mercury radiators can be installed as part of an
Electric Wet Central Heating System and as such we
would recommend the Comet Electric Boiler which also
boosts Low Water Content heating benefits.

FLAT PLATE SOLAR COLLECTOR (harp absorber)
EHC-2.0 Flat Plate Solar Collectors have been developed to provide maximum efficiency, outstanding performance and total reliability which is reflected in the 10 year warranty offered on our panels. Our flat plate collectors are generally usedfor heating domestic hot water using our EHC Solar Cylinders however they can alsobe used in conjunction with existing gas or electric heating systems. For properties with no access to mains gas our Fusion E10 Solar Combination Unit, used in conjunction with our Solar Collectors, is the ideal solution.
As well as other key advantages the EHC Solar kits can work as a Stand Alone System or with:

Fusion Standard/Slimline Boilers
Ideal for retrofit and new build installations requiring
heating only or heating and hot water. Either a direct or
indirect cylinder for hot water purposes will be required.
Due to their compact size these system boilers can be
easily situated in airing or kitchen cupboards.
All Fusion products can be installed with any type of wet
system radiator, but for improved performance and
running costs we strongly recommend our Mercury
Radiators to complement your system.
Fusion E10 Combination Unit
This is a fully packaged unit in a pre-fabricated elegant
enclosure complete with all the components required to
provide both heating and hot water for retrofit and new
build installations.
Generally this unit would be located in a typical airing
cupboard, however due to its ‘Plug and Play’ design it can
be positioned in any similarly sized area. This versatile
product can be supplied in various outputs and capacities
to accommodate most installations.
E10 Solar Combination Unit
The Solar version has been designed to meet the ever
increasing requirement for renewable technology within
the new build market and the energy conscious
retrofit buyer.
Built around the proven technology of our Fusion E10
Combination Unit, the E10 Solar Combi has been
further developed to include a solar pump station
and unvented solar hot water cylinder.
With the additional solar components, the SAP rating of
the property is increased as the carbon emission profile
is reduced.
All Fusion products can be installed in under-floor
heating applications.
