JOIN MEETING• Tap on the meeting link in a Fuze meeting invitation. -or-• Tap the Join Meeting button to enter a meeting. (Fig. 1)

• Enter the meeting number and your name. (Fig. 2)

Fuze Quick Start Guide: Fuze Join

PARTICIPATE IN CHAT• Tap the Chat icon to chat with other attendees.

• Choose an attendee from the drop down to send a direct message. (Fig. 6)

2 CONNECT TO AUDIO• Choose to connect to audio conference using VoIP or by using the

Call Me feature. (Fig. 3)

• To access the mute controls and audio connection options tap on the Audio Options icon. (Fig. 4)

RAISE YOUR FLAG• Have a question? Tap the Flag icon to notify the host. (Fig.7)

JOIN AN HD VIDEO CONFERENCE• If the host starts a video conference you can join by

tapping the Video Conference icon. (Fig. 5)

• Tap the Play button.

Fuze Join allows you to effortlessly attend a Fuze meeting on your iPhone. Simply download the app from the App Store and you are ready to join a meeting from anywhere in the world! Did you receive an email invitation to join a Fuze meeting? Tap on the meeting link and the Fuze Join app will automatically open and place you into the meeting!

6 VIEW CONTENT• Tap the Content Viewer icon to see the content

presented in the meeting. (Fig. 8)

MEETING ICONS• Content Viewer: View content presented

in the meeting.

• HD Video Conference: Start an HD video conference as a Host.

• Audio Options: Choose and control your audio connection.

• Chat: Opens the chat dialog window.

• Attendee List: Displays online and audio attendees.

FUZE ROLES• Host: The host controls and moderates a

meeting, giving them the ability to add, annotate and control content as well as delegate different levels of control to the attendees in a meeting.

• Presenter: A presenter can control and moderate a meeting. In Fuze Join, the presenter can advance slides in a presentation file, zoom in and out of content and operate the iPoint controller.

• Annotator: An annotator can operate the iPoint controller in Fuze Join.

• Attendee: An attendee can enter, join the audio bridge and be a participant in a meeting.

Pro Tip: Presenters are also able to advance slides in a presentation file, (Fig. 10) zoom in and navigate content as well as control video playback in a meeting. (Fig. 11)

• Annotators and presenters can tap and hold on content to operate the iPoint controller. (Fig. 9)

VIDEO ICONS• Play/Pause: Play or Pause

your video camera feed.

• Switch Camera: Switch the camera view from front-facing to rear-facing.
