What is CPD

•  Continuous Professional Development helps each member take responsibility for their own learning and development through –  activities, –  learning –  training, –  meeting together.

•  To ensure continuing learning each member must achieve a certain number of points each year in order to remain a member.

GamFed CPD

•  Our CPD program will have a gamified twist - members annual CPD points will be publically available and shown on a leaderboard.

•  The main ways to earn GamFed CPD points are: –  Attendance – at GamFed endorsed events –  Learning – completion of approved courses, reading approved books –  Peer Review – supporting the development of industry best practice by

contributing and evaluating case studies –  Promotion – promoting the GamFed association through media

•  We will add new ways to earn points over time, as suggested by members.

We are using the Lightweight Gamification framework to structure and manage the GamFed CPD program
